Information we collect
Online estimate requests: the type of cleaning, how often, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, ZIP code, any notes you add, your first name, mobile number and (optionally) email, and any photos you choose to upload.
In-home estimate requests: the type of cleaning, the service address (street, city, ZIP), your preferred weekdays and time of day, any access notes, your first name, mobile number and (optionally) email.
Website use: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and the link or campaign that brought you to the site (for example, UTM tags or ad click identifiers).
How we use it
To review your request, prepare your free estimate, contact you about it, schedule an in-home estimate visit when you ask for one, schedule cleanings you book, provide customer service, understand which channels bring customers, and keep records required by law. We do not use estimate photos for advertising.
Estimate photos
Photos are optional and are used only to prepare your estimate. Please avoid including people, documents or personal items. We delete estimate photos 30 days after your estimate is closed, unless we need to keep them longer for a legitimate reason (for example, a booked service, a dispute or a legal requirement).
Communications
We contact you by phone, text or email about your estimate request. We send text messages only if you check the consent box; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share information with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form-processing service, email and phone or texting providers, scheduling software and analytics provider, only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Analytics and cookies
We use analytics to understand how visitors use the site and which estimate option they choose.
Retention
Estimate photos: as described above. Estimate requests that do not lead to a booking: only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request. Customer records: as long as needed for service, tax and legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access for the people who need your information to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop messages, by contacting us at hello@originalcleanco.com or (978) 677-4068.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
