Services

We offer residential house cleaning in Greater Orlando, Florida: standard cleaning, recurring cleaning (every week, every two weeks or every four weeks), deep cleaning, and move-in / move-out cleaning.

Estimates

Online and in-home estimates are free. An online estimate is based on the information and any photos you provide. An in-home estimate is prepared after we see the property in person. Estimates are not instant and are prepared by our team. If the home's size, condition or the requested work differs from what was described, we will tell you before any work starts and agree any change with you.

In-home estimate visits

In-home estimate visits are available Monday through Friday during business hours, within our service area. A visit request is not an appointment: a visit is scheduled only after we confirm a date and time with you.

Booking

A cleaning is booked only after you accept the estimate and we confirm the date with you.

Exclusions

We do not handle biohazards, bodily fluids or pet waste, severe mold, pest infestations, exterior windows, work beyond a two-step ladder, moving heavy furniture, carpet or upholstery shampooing, laundry, dishes or trash hauling.

Safety

Please tell us about any hazards and secure pets that may be unsafe around visitors. We may end a visit if conditions are unsafe.

Scheduling, payment and recurring plans

Details for your service, including scheduling, rescheduling, payment and recurring-plan arrangements, are confirmed with you before your first cleaning. Questions? Call (978) 677-4068.

If you consent to text messages, you may receive texts about your estimate and appointments. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the effective date of the latest version on this page.
